How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard shipping time for orders is between 3-5 business days. However, delivery times can vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping times might be extended. You can always track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order History" section.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the products have all original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, visit our "Returns" page and follow the instructions provided. Are you offering candle-making at your Arroyo Grande location?

We currently do not offer candle-making at our Arroyo Grande location!

However, our San Luis Obispo location has plenty of room, is fully stocked with the right equipment needed, and our amazing team is there to provide the best experience possible for you.

Do you allow bookings for private parties?

I have a scent from a long time ago that I made at your candle bar. Can I recreate it again?

Yes, we would love to make this happen. Please send us the scent details and email us at hello@themayancollective.com.
