Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update. Once the package leaves our shop, we have no control on when your package will arrive to their final destination. We use USPS and UPS to ship our orders.
We ship all the United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada for a $4.9 flat fee or free shipping over $100 However, it's a $20 shipping rate.
Flat shipping rate of $4.95 or FREE shipping over $100 purchase. Only in the United States. For Canada purchases shipping is $20 at any amount spent.
I'm so sorry your package got damage on your way to you. We try as much as possible to package them properly so we don't inconvenience you with damage products. However, it's out of hands what happens to the packages once they leave our shop. This is what you need to do:
1. Take photos of your damaged package. Outside box and broken products.
2. Send us an email with your order number and photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Allow 48 hrs to us to respond and ship your new products.
I'm so sorry you received the wrong items. Let us get it right! Please send us an email with your order number at email@example.com with a photo included (if they're wrong items). Thank you for being so understanding.
