Online Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products—including candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, and body lotions—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@themayancollective.com — we're here to help.

Online Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to include clear photos of the package and item(s) as proof.

Online Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to place a new order. In some cases, store credit may be offered once your issue has been reviewed and approved. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Online Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

In-Store Exchange and Return Policy:

We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Applies to The Mayan Collective products only.
  • No receipt = No exchange.
  • Store credit is valid in-store only.
  • All seasonal or third-party items are final sale.
